You have your go-to water based moisturizer. You know which shampoos and conditioners work best for your hair. You have your routine set and you can do it in your sleep. But are you doing everything with regards to your natural hair the right way? How do you do natural hair the right way?
You may feel deep in your soul that your hair twin has the same exact texture and length that you do, but when you try her amazing styles, you look like a sad imitation. Are you doing something wrong?

If anyone tells you that your lush, moist hair is bad or that you’re doing something wrong because you’re not doing things they same way that she is, I think you can safely ignore her.
Sure, if your hair is unhealthy or damaged, do your best to regain the health of your hair. But that goes for everyone, not just women with natural hair. So do your best, feel good, and rock what you love!
